Requirements

  • Must have a college degree. Preferred degrees in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and highly motivated self starter
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
  • Open to moderate travel
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Microsoft office experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Develop team supervisors to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
  • Motivate team supervisors and team members to achieve plan goals
  • Organize and facilitate work team meetings
  • Solve daily operational issues
  • Strong collaborations with the Sales Team and is one of the main points of contact of site communication
  • Foster a positive team culture, that creates a high performing team
  • Administer policies and practices, as well as frontline accountability
  • Initiate and implement projects
  • Conduct presentations and formal training programs
  • Improve team communication and engagement
  • Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • High drive for results
  • Need to be able to work on the floor
