About The Position

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support Warehouse Associate duties and provide backup to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. The role is suited to someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. The Warehouse Lead helps ensure the service center operates safely and effectively while supporting employees, customers, and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.
