Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse management processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reporting, tracking systems)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Coach, train, and direct team members to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
  • Monitor workflow, warehouse layout, and storage efficiency
  • Support safety compliance and ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with management, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries
  • Assist with system implementation, process improvement, and special projects as needed
