About The Position

Harrington Industrial Plastics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations while providing hands-on leadership and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed — including acting as a backup delivery driver. The Warehouse Lead provides day-to-day direction to warehouse associates while ensuring accuracy in receiving, picking, staging, and shipping materials. This individual plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customers, and promoting a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is a working lead position — you will be actively involved in warehouse operations daily.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Prior warehouse experience required
Forklift experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Provide daily work direction to warehouse team members
Accurately read and fulfill customer orders
Receive, store, and stage materials with strong attention to detail
Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required system data entry
Ensure materials are properly secured and prepared for delivery
Deliver exceptional, customer-facing service both in the branch and on job sites
Act as backup delivery driver when needed, including loading, securing, delivering, and completing delivery paperwork
Regular and punctual attendance is essential
