Warehouse Lead
About The Position
As a Warehouse Lead, you will help lead the order fulfillment, VAS, and returns teams, ensuring orders are processed within client SLAs. You will work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle industry. Success in this role depends on engaging with team members, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate the team and celebrate wins. You will help ensure processes are followed accurately and KPIs are met. The position is located at 3591 Volunteer BLVD., Henderson, NV 89044. Available schedules and hourly rates are Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. at $21.00 per hour, or Wednesday–Sunday, with weekday hours of 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. and weekend hours of 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., at $22.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior warehousing or light industrial experience; lead experience is a plus.
- Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Experience leading personnel to ensure assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently.
- Able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to read and comprehend English.
- Must be physically able to perform essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and stairs, working at heights in elevated areas, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the training and cross-training of team members.
- Lead and delegate order fulfillment, VAS, or returns tasks while working within SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and direction from the Client Services team.
- Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and other general warehouse duties.
- Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
