About The Position

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice). This role is for the PM shift.

Requirements

  • 4 Years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 Years of experience in Position.
  • 4 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to analyze information.
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • 6 Years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6 Years of experience working in Position.
  • 6 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
  • Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Complete all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate position.
  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
  • Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.
  • Prepare the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time and in-form collection and/or loading of the finished product.
  • Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviation, problem, and/or abnormality with the equipment, processes, and products.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor that are not unreasonable or unsafe.
