About The Position

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for managing and developing a team, defining and resolving problems in a timely manner, and ensuring projects, processes, and the entire production staff meet standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in warehouse management procedures and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, reading, writing, and communication abilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and control practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• High School education is a minimum requirement.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Preference of experience with building product manufacturing.
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent leadership skills.
