Requirements

  • 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 4 Years – Experience in Position
  • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education)
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle)
  • Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to analyze information
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 6 Years – Experience working in Position
  • 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education)
  • Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
  • Complete all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate position.
  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Communicate instructions to equipment operators within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations.
  • Prepare documentation for purchase order issuance (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and/or loading of finished product.
  • Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure food safety practices and SQF System requirements are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, and products.
  • Perform any other reasonable and safe tasks assigned by a manager or supervisor.
