About The Position

WOW Logistics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person for this leadership position. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the coordination and daily performance of the DC and reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Lead position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Nice To Haves

Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!

Responsibilities

Direct and assign hourly employee’s daily tasks
Provide feedback to supervision about employee behaviors to develop their attitude, work ethic, process and skills
Participate in the training of new or less experienced warehouse employees, as requested, and inform management of his/her progress
Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, inventory transactions and outbound shipping functions
Report damage to racks and other warehouse equipment to management
Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Assist office personnel, including checking in/out drivers, inventory checks, BOL’s, Appointment calendar, and all other office duties as needed
All other duties as assigned
