About The Position

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations for its beverage distribution business in West Virginia. The role includes lead duties such as planning and cubing orders, organizing delivery paperwork and work assignments, tracking productivity, entering data, and covering for the manager when needed. Other warehouse responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, picking and reviewing orders, handling product safely, and checking product and packaging quality before shipment.

The schedule is a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with shifts beginning at approximately noon and lasting about 10–12 hours, until completion. The role offers competitive hourly compensation. Benefits are available, with most benefits requiring full-time status.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage, and stay motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cube orders.
• Organize delivery paperwork.
• Track productivity and perform data entry.
• Organize work assignments.
• Cover for the manager when needed.
• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain established work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and use manual and power equipment.
• Load and unload product efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging quality before shipping.
• Review orders for shipment accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
