About The Position

Johnson Brothers is hiring a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations for its beverage distribution business in West Virginia. The role includes planning and cubing orders, organizing delivery paperwork and work assignments, tracking productivity, and entering data. The Warehouse Lead may cover for the manager when needed. Additional warehouse work includes maintaining accurate inventory, picking and reviewing orders, handling product, and operating equipment safely.

The schedule is a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with shifts beginning at approximately noon and lasting about 10–12 hours, until completion. The position is full-time and offers competitive hourly compensation. Most benefits require full-time status.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be able to work independently, self-manage, and stay motivated to meet deadlines.
• Pass pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cube orders for loading.
• Organize delivery paperwork.
• Track productivity and enter data.
• Organize work assignments.
• Cover the manager’s absence when needed.
• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain established work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and use manual and powered equipment.
• Load and unload product efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging quality before shipping.
• Review orders for shipment accuracy.
• Perform other assigned warehouse duties and activities.
