Primary Duties: Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of products, while maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment. Allocate, distribute, pull/pick product in proper location. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability. Package and stage materials or products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). Assist with inventory control and cycle counting. Administer quality control, ensuring damaged product is not received or sent. Build hose assemblies and assist with testing and finishing, if applicable. Supervises the day-to-day functions within the department including employee and customer relations during their shift. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • Must possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Decision making, analytical thinking, project management, and planning skills.
  • Basic computer skills required including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
  • Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed.
  • Working conditions involve a fast-paced warehouse environment containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
  • Mechanical background and forklift certification are a plus.
