About The Position

The Warehouse Lead (Working Foreperson) is responsible for overseeing and training a team in various warehouse duties, ensuring product rotation, maintaining safety and productivity standards, and communicating effectively with management. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience
• Excellent time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Nice To Haves

• logistics or material handling experience preferred
• For all warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train a team that performs duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, re-packing and security of products.
• Ensure all products are rotated during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns activities according to company standards.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management.
• Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback related to shift activity, personnel issues, mechanical and system failures, and logistical issues for assigned area.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times.
