At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon, we take pride in delivering top-tier service to our customers. We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to join our Swing Shift team. This role is essential in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting our installation teams by keeping company vehicles stocked, organized, and ready for job site installations. As a Warehouse Lead , you will take on a hands-on leadership role, managing inventory, overseeing truck loading/unloading, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Requirements

  • Previous warehouse and/or physical labor experience required.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be safety-conscious at all times and follow OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to accurately calculate quantities, read written details, and gather materials for specific orders.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs. over an 8-hour shift.
  • Strong ability to work well with others and contribute as a a team player.
  • Punctual with a strong commitment to great attendance.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  • Move with urgency while ensuring quality and precision.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of actions and performance.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn new skills.
  • Maintain a "get-it-done" and "get-it-done-right" approach.
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Light carpentry skills, including experience with chop saws and hand tool, are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load and unload installation trucks to ensure accuracy and readiness for job site installations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines.
  • Clean and organize work areas, including dock cleanup and cardboard recycling, to promote efficiency.
  • Prepare and stage construction materials for installation crews at various job sites.
  • Assist with various projects and other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
