Requirements

4 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
4 Years of experience in the position.
4 Years of experience managing people/projects.
Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
High School Diploma.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle).
Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
Ability to resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze information.

Nice To Haves

6 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
6 Years of experience working in the position.
6 Years of experience managing people/projects.
Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
Complete all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate.
Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
Communicate instructions to equipment within the warehouse.
Coordinate trailer loading locations.
Prepare documentation for purchase orders (Bill of Lading and invoice).
Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and/or loading of finished product.
Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
Ensure food safety practices and SQF System requirements are maintained.
Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, and products.
Perform any other reasonable and safe tasks as requested by a manager or supervisor.
