Summary: We are looking for a Warehouse Lead with a true commitment to delivering excellent service and value to our customers in our distribution facility in Fresno, California. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking candidate to help with the daily operations of our distribution center. To be successful in the role the Warehouse Lead will be supporting management, leading improvement initiatives, and collaborating of software updates, testing and optimization.

Requirements

2 years’ warehouse experience with proven leadership preferred but not required.
Must have experience in operating MHE.
Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including drug test, background check and E-Verify requirements.
Strong communication skills, math, teamwork, and reliability required.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate co-owners.
