About The Position

Harrington Bottling Company, the Pepsi bottler serving communities across Montana, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead - Night Shift to join our Bozeman team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory control, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, order fulfillment, or supply chain management who are looking to advance into a leadership role. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring daily warehouse operations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will help oversee evening warehouse activities, coordinate product movement, support team productivity, and ensure delivery trucks are properly loaded and prepared for next-day distribution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in leading by example, and is committed to operational excellence. The Warehouse Lead works closely with warehouse personnel throughout the day while taking ownership of closing warehouse operations each evening.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in warehouse operations, beverage distribution, food distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, order selection, or distribution center operations is preferred.
Forklift experience is highly valued
