Warehouse Lead
About The Position
This role is an opportunity for an associate looking to advance into management. The Warehouse Lead will learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision. This position requires a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel, emphasizing the ability to interact in a positive and friendly manner. The Lead will oversee a specified area within the work environment to maintain a consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include handling the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
Requirements
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and very physical environment
- Lift and carry 25-75lbs
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred
