TempToFT Responsibilities 1. Leading, monitoring, and supervising a group of employees to achieve goals 2. Motivating and inspiring the team by creating a positive and flexible environment 3. Assigning and delegating tasks to team members based on their abilities and talents Qualifications and Work Experience 1. High school diploma or similar. 2. Minimum of 2 years' experience. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Strong organizational skills. 5. Knowledge of performance metrics. 6. Decision-making skills. 7. Leadership skills. Essential Skills Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. The ability to work in a team. Problem-solving skills. Strong customer focus. Attention to detail. Critical thinking Should be flexible to assist where needed Willing to adapt to change
