About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team! As a Lead Warehouse Associate for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you'll become a pivotal part of our team’s success. In this role you will assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations along with pro-longed projects. In addition, you would be delegating tasks to individuals, having the warehouse staff cross-trained in other warehouse areas, prioritizing projects and cleanliness, and keeping teammates engaged.
Requirements
- Ability to build relationships in a team oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet objectives.
- Ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented.
- High school Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Warehouse experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand often while carrying weight.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Current OSHA Forklift Certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Check in daily sales and compare the system and the contract for accuracy. Correct any discrepancies in the system.
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Work with the Window Team to locate and pull inventory.
- Ensure Warehouse team is production and plan projects during downtime, assigning duties.
- Ensure that all safety standards are met.
- Send post shift email to Warehouse Manager and ensure smooth transition to next shift.
- Keep work area organized and clean.
- Other Job Duties as assigned.
