Requirements

Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Experience with RF scanners
Experience with MHE (Material Handling Equipment) such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Responsibilities

Assign associates to receiving, picking, packing, and shipping stations based on shift volume; reallocate labor dynamically to resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure SOP compliance across all tasks, perform random spot-checks on outbound orders, and manage inventory accuracy via cycle counts or audit resolution.
Conduct start-of-shift safety huddles, enforce PPE usage, ensure proper MHE (forklift, pallet jack) pre-checks, and report hazards or incidents immediately.
Train new hires on equipment and systems (WMS, RF scanners), deliver real-time feedback on productivity metrics (units per hour), and address minor interpersonal issues before escalation.
Act as the primary link between front-line staff and supervisors/managers; escalate system downtime, equipment failures, or labor shortfalls promptly.
