ORBIS is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Prior forklift experience required
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
- Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
- Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
- Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
- Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
- Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
