Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Proficient understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, reading, writing, and communication abilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and control practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High School education is a minimum requirement.
- 3+ years of supervisory in a manufacturing plant with preference of experience with building product manufacturing.
- Experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
