About The Position
We’re hiring a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. You’ll ensure efficient inventory management, on-time shipments, and a safe, organized warehouse. Join us and lead a fast-paced warehouse team!
Requirements
- 2+ years in warehouse supervision or leadership
- Stand-up & sit-down forklift experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and shipping/receiving
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
- Enforce safety protocols and train staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
