Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• Good communication skills (oral and written), customer service, and teamwork.
• Experienced operating sit-down forklifts required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 kgs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with reach forklifts preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize individual product containers for final shipping - this includes maintaining inventory rotation
• Generate via SAP appropriate shipping documentation, including accurate recording of product batch numbers and quantities
• Monitor customer’s bulk storage tank levels, request keep fills and coordinate trucks accordingly
• Complete proper shipping transactions within SAP recording shipping PRO numbers, freight charges, carrier information, etc.
• Communicate and schedule via email, fax, and/or telephone with 3rd party carriers pick up/delivery times in a cost effective, timely manner
• Secure and load box trailers, ensuring product will arrive at final destination intact
• Communicate appropriate scheduling and delivery requirements via email or telephone
• Coordinate all shipments and act as back up to bulk and export shippers.
• Complete cycle count during inventory
• Responsible for receiving all raw materials and generate appropriated SAP receiving documentation.
• Maintain and receive bin master log of containers returned from customers.
• Other shipping, receiving and filling duties as required
