About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead Package Handler to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of packages within our South Brunswick HUB. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is a full-time position with a set schedule, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 70 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Must be able to work the specified shift: Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of package handlers.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including package sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure all packages are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
