About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead (Outbound) - 1st Shift at our Dallas, TX facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr per hour. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of one(1) year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree or higher, in a related field of study (i.e. Business, Supply Chain).
Must be able to multi-task and handle complex priorities.
Ability to generate analytical reporting via Excel for Front Line Leaders.
Must have an understanding of performance expectations and the ability to maintain productive teams in all support processes.
Must have strong verbal and written communication.
Must be responsive to customer requests both internally and externally.
Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

Assist Supervisor in day-to-day DC operations.
Monitor workload and productivity dashboard and allocate resources as required.
Coordinate all OJT and safety training requirements.
Participate in OJT and safety team.
Assist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis.
Research answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems and questions; troubleshooting to include both internal and external customer inquiries.
Recommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives.
Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away – of limited time duration.
Support all site quality and productivity goals.
Support kai-ban replenishment system and coordinate material handling with warehouse (W34).
Perform work of equal or lower classifications as needed.
