About The Position

The Warehouse Lead Hand, is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks for the warehouse team, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. As a hands-on leader, you'll be responsible for training and supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing safety protocols. Your ability to organize workflows, optimize space utilization, and communicate effectively with team members will contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
Proficient keyboarding skills.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Forklift operator certification/certifiable
