About The Position

As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub. Requirements

Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations.
High School Graduate/GED.
Supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment.
Box Truck experience required
Driving record in good standing

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub
Supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub Warehouse associates.
Ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained.
Establishing a process control procedures are adhered to and maintained.
Making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.
