Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift and pallet jack certification
1+ year of experience in warehousing or logistics
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations with supervisors to ensure smooth material flow
Lead trailer loading/unloading, raw material movement, and product staging
Support production lines by delivering and scanning materials accurately
Maintain forklift inspection logs and ensure safe equipment operation
Organize production schedules and verify transfer paperwork
Act as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed
Assist with inventory, product rework, and warehouse cleanliness
Promote a team-first culture by supporting coworkers during downtime
