About The Position
Freight Breakers LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse lead for loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys developing teams, and is driven to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Previous lead, or supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Lead teams handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
- Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
- Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight throughout the process.
- Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
- Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
- Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
- Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.
