About The Position

The Warehouse Laborer plays a key role in supporting the movement, organization, and inventory of heavy-duty components used in construction and industrial equipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills required

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Production warehouse experience
• Forklift and overhead crane certification
• Understanding of inventory movement and control process and principles
• Ability to drive truck with trailer, non-DOT
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Putting shipments in stock locations
• Picking and packaging customer orders
• Delivery of components/kits to production floor
• Completion and accuracy of inventory movement paperwork
• Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse area
• Other duties as assigned
