About The Position

American Supply (AMSU) is a wholesale distributor of welding supplies serving customers across Latin America, and the Caribbean. We move product fast and hold high standards - every order has to be right, every time.
We are hiring two Warehouse Laborers to support our growing operations. This is a physical, hands-on role responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You will work within a structured team environment where attention to detail and consistent follow-through are essential.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic reading and counting accuracy required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured procedures
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments; report discrepancies immediately
• Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick sheets
• Complete secondary verification step before orders re-enter the office
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and shelving in assigned warehouse zones
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory
• Follow all labeling, put-away, and quality control SOPs
• Communicate proactively about shortages, damage, or errors
• Support loading and unloading of containers as needed
