Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner - Part Time
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in buildings and facilities. The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. The position is at 12379 S 265 W, Draper, UT 84020, with either a weekday day schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, or a weekend schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to noon. Pay is $17.50 per hour, paid weekly. The stated pay may vary with an applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. ABM describes this as a suitable job for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education, and encourages veterans and candidates with military experience to apply.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and service and restock them with necessary supplies.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
- Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks to clean areas.
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
- Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- Follow proper procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.
- Notify management of the need for repairs or additions to building systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Adhere to company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
