About The Position
ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in buildings and facilities. The role includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and performing general janitorial duties as needed. The position is located at 10601 W. Van Buren St, Tolleson, Arizona, and works Friday and Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The listed pay rate is $16.59 per hour, paid weekly. - Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to provide a sanitary and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and service and restock them with necessary supplies.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
- Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks to clean areas.
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
- Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- Follow proper procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.
- Notify management of needed repairs or additions to building systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Adhere to company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
