About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, experienced Warehouse Inventory Senior Supervisor to play a key role in keeping our warehouse running at its best. In this position, you’ll support daily operations, ensure top-tier inventory accuracy, and serve as a trusted partner to warehouse leadership. You will work onsite in the warehouse from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, helping oversee and support second-shift operations. Requirements

High School Diploma Required
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test
Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
Successful Background Check
Forklift certification and ability to work in South Florida weather conditions
Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree In logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
Proficiency in inventory software (Sage, Scan force, WMS)
Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching.
Supervise inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Lead and mentor warehouse staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Support implementation of technology solutions (e.g., Scan force, Sage, WMS).
Assist in strategic planning and execution of warehouse improvements.
Act as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager, stepping in as needed.
