We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist who thrives on accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy working with data, solving inventory challenges, and partnering with production teams to keep operations running efficiently, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do As our Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across our production facility. Your work helps ensure our production teams have the materials they need while providing accurate information that supports purchasing, operations, and accounting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
  • Experience with inventory control, production reporting, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems such as Almyta is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production supplies throughout the facility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and production data within our inventory management systems.
  • Support inventory tracking across the Cutting, Cook, Packaging, Warehouse, and Sanitation departments.
  • Monitor usage of raw materials, marinades, batters, pre-dust, cooking oil, packaging film, boxes, and other production supplies.
  • Assist with inventory transactions and data entry within the Almyta inventory system.
  • Generate and distribute daily production process sheets and inventory reports.
  • Organize, maintain, and update production records and operational documentation.
  • Partner with the Sanitation Manager to track consumables, repair expenses, and department inventory.
  • Support Operations and Accounting by providing timely, accurate production and inventory reporting.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
