The primary focus is on monitoring, ordering, stocking, and transporting supplies and equipment. This includes ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing product expiration through proper rotation, and troubleshooting inventory issues. Basic understanding of inventory tracking and control, ability to count, receive, and reconcile inventory, familiar with FIFO/FEFO (First Expired, First Out). High accuracy in counting units, recording data, labeling products, ability to catch errors quickly. Experience using inventory systems / warehouse systems, basic computer skills (Google, Excel, data entry), ability to enter and track data accurately. Understanding of regulated environments (pharmacy/healthcare is a plus) with receiving shipments, checking against packing lists, preparing orders for distribution. Warehouse Operations: Essential experience includes general warehouse duties, receiving, and scanning. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand and move for extended periods.
