About The Position

This is an onsite warehouse and inventory role supporting OEM product handling, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, ERP entry, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization. The Inventory Clerk helps make sure products, parts, repair units, materials, and OEM inventory are received, located, picked, shipped, and documented correctly. This is not just a general warehouse helper role. Accuracy matters.

Requirements

  • Receiving, shipping, inventory, or warehouse experience
  • Experience picking orders and entering data into ERP or inventory systems
  • Experience receiving products, parts, supplies, or repair units into bin locations
  • Experience verifying packing lists, received materials, and return authorization information
  • Experience supporting inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
  • Ability to assist with scheduled shipping while maintaining accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and related programs
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to follow safety requirements, ISO procedures, company policies, and Good Documentation Practices
  • Work onsite in Irvine, CA
  • Work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule, with overtime as needed
  • Accept the pay range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility
  • Work in a warehouse / operations environment

Nice To Haves

  • ISO-regulated, medical device, electronics, OEM, repair depot, or manufacturing warehouse experience
  • Experience handling OEM consigned inventory, repair units, technical parts, devices, or service-related materials
  • Experience with bin locations, packing lists, return authorizations, shipping documentation, and cycle counts
  • Experience using ERP, OEM portal, warehouse, or inventory tracking systems
  • Experience supporting warehouse, shipping, receiving, quality, and operations teams
  • Strong documentation habits and high accuracy in data entry
  • Experience working in a structured warehouse environment where accuracy, traceability, and process compliance matter

Responsibilities

  • Receive OEM consigned products, parts, supplies, and repair units into the warehouse
  • Place received items into designated warehouse bin locations
  • Pick OEM order requests accurately and support order fulfillment
  • Enter inventory, receiving, shipping, and order activity into Quest ERP and OEM systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and product location information
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
  • Verify packing lists against received materials, products, repair units, and return authorization information
  • Assist with shipping products and devices according to schedule while maintaining accuracy
  • Maintain records identifying the location of parts, materials, and dispatched items
  • Preserve and handle received, stored, and shipped inventory according to warehouse procedures
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and direct work area readiness
  • Follow safety instructions, warehouse best practices, ISO-certified quality processes, and Good Documentation Practices
  • Support Operations, Receiving, Shipping, Quality, and warehouse team members as needed
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
