Job Overview Warehouse I prepares orders for freight, express or parcel post shipments in accordance with shipping practices and requirements. General assignment is supervised.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
- Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
- Ability to follow blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).

Responsibilities
- Prepares orders for freight, express or parcel post shipments in accordance with shipping practices and requirements.
- Manages inventory with basic organizational skills.
- Picks, packs, and labels products with attention to detail.
- Follows instructions and works under direct supervision.
- Operates basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Uses basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Reads and verifies paperwork, work orders, or work instructions for packaging and labeling accuracy.
- Ensures all material is packaged and labeled properly per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Must be cross-trained and able to support all Warehouse I roles.
