Shift Details: C Shift, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, rotating schedule (3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off) How will you make an impact? As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of trucks. You will supervise packers and craters, coordinate material movement, and maintain data integrity in SAP. Your leadership will help ensure timely deliveries, safe handling of goods, and compliance with operational standards. Forklift experience is preferred but not required, Jabil certification will be provided.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Ability to operate and train others on material handling equipment.
  • Forklift experience preferred; Jabil certification provided if not already certified.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and visual aids.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in truck loading/unloading and packaging operations preferred.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Supervise packers and craters to ensure proper packaging and shipment preparation.
  • Execute and oversee physical and electronic transfers of materials.
  • Complete receiving and shipping documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment and support team members in doing so.
  • Promote SAP data integrity through proper use of electronic transfer processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
  • Act as team lead in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
