About The Position
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Yard Laborer to join their team in Carlisle, PA. This role is crucial to daily operations, involving loading and unloading trucks, handling concrete forms, and operating a shearing machine to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars. The Yard Laborer will also use a forklift for product movement and loading. This position requires strong teamwork to ensure accurate loads and timely product delivery. Carroll Construction Supply is a growing, employee-owned company with over 35 locations across 14 states.

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Clean and handle concrete forms
- Perform other warehouse duties
- Operate a shearing machine to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes
- Use a forklift to assist with loading and movement of product
