About The Position

This position will be responsible for general labor responsibilities in the Distribution Mod area. The primary function is to build pallets of product, empty trash, keep the area clean and orderly, and perform sanitation responsibilities as needed and/or required. The role also involves actively participating in team goal setting and implementation to ensure the company is the low-cost, high-quality producer, and striving to maximize efficiency by submitting and implementing process improvements. Quality is paramount, requiring adherence to all procedures and guidelines, including GMP's, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and KHMS operating procedures. The role also supports training new employees in the area and requires all duties to be performed safely, using discretion to prevent injuries.

Requirements

Must have attention to detail in daily tasks
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
GMP’s in the work area and at the workstation

Responsibilities

Work in Mods building pallets of product
Empty trash as needed
Keep area clean and orderly
Perform sanitation responsibilities as needed and/or required
Assist in training new employees to this area
Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are the low-cost, high-quality producer
Strive to maximize the efficiency of the plant/department by submitting and implementing process improvements
Ensure the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines
Comply with all established GMP's, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and KHMS operating procedures
Required to perform all duties safely and use discretion to prevent injuries to self and/or others
