About The Position
The Warehouse Fulfillment Shift Coordinator - 3rd Shift is responsible for managing and assigning daily order fulfillment activities within the warehouse. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments, communicating with the internal team regarding order status and delays, and monitoring the team's work to ensure orders meet all quality standards before shipment. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
