This is a hands-on, physical role inside one of Florida's largest independent HVAC and refrigeration distribution operations. You are not just moving product. You are the reason 23 locations and the contractors who depend on them keep running without interruption. Tropic Supply has been family-owned and operated for more than 53 years. Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift, required. This is not a trainable requirement.
- Demonstrated warehouse experience in a distribution, supply, or logistics environment
- Working knowledge of RF scanning equipment, warehouse management systems, and basic computer operations
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout a shift and sustain physical activity in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of order and inventory accuracy
- Clear communication and a reliable work ethic that does not require constant supervision

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, positioning and securing pallets safely
- Pull and fill orders with precision, then stage and wrap them for shipment
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, and complete basic shipping and receiving documentation
- Verify parts, serial numbers, and paperwork against physical inventory at every step
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, including required pre-shift equipment checks
- Assist counter sales with order fulfillment and help customers load product
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running to standard
