About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team in Romeoville! We are looking for focused, dependable drivers who take pride in working safely, accurately, and efficiently. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime when requested, offering competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Felony convictions will be reviewed.
• Must provide 2 valid forms of identification.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when requested.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Shuttle pallets between warehouse docks.
• Organize and stage pallets.
• Maintain accurate and efficient pallet movement.
• Support daily warehouse and dock operations.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Perform equipment inspections as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
