About The Position

DLP Staffing is currently accepting applications for the position of Warehouse Forklift Operator in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The Warehouse Forklift Operator will use a forklift to transport different materials around the warehouse and to load and unload materials from the loading dock.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Valid Driver's License Class C

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience a plus, but not required
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Use a forklift to transport different materials around the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from the loading dock.
• Load and unload materials manually, off or on pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections to ensure working forklift equipment.
• Plan and coordinate with upper management regarding loading and unloading operations.
• Keep updated records of inventory.
• Comply with company guidelines and safety policies.
• Carry 50 lbs bags on catwalks and platforms.
