About The Position

Grove Collaborative is hiring Forklift Drivers at their Fulfillment Center in E-town, PA. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour. Grove Collaborative is a sustainability-focused consumer products company that is a certified B Corp and plastic-neutral, aiming to transform the CPG industry. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience operating cherry picker and high reach machines

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of handhelds is preferred but not required
• Receiving experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach stand-up forklift, cherry picker forklift, pallet jack and electric hand truck equipment to receive, store, and distribute products within the fulfillment center
• Maintain and consolidate bin locations, as directed
• Ensure proper safety standards are observed as pallets are placed into racking locations
• Assist with cycle counts as needed
• Assist in the put-away of newly received inventory as needed and meet daily put-away productivity standards
• Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations
