About The Position

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Flow Manager internally titled, Customer Logistics Manager in Opa Locka, FL for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The Warehouse Flow Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement of inventory, products, and materials throughout a high-volume distribution facility to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. This role leads and develops warehouse teams, monitors workflow processes, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. The Warehouse Flow Manager analyzes operational performance metrics, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and implements solutions that support customer expectations and business objectives. Supporting a large-scale distribution operation of approximately 409,000 square feet, the Warehouse Flow Manager plays a critical role in coordinating daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires a commitment to employee engagement, operational excellence, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
