About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join their team in Westfield, MA. This role supports daily warehouse operations and leads assigned projects. The position offers competitive pay with incremental increases, weekly pay, and a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday overtime. Requirements

• Knowledge of Warehouse processes & procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail; effective organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in a fast paced work environment
• Computer skills; Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Certified training on various material handling equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous project management / leadership experience in a Warehouse environment preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed.
• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership

• Earn $20.15 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $23.20 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.
